Artist Bio
Martha Jane Bradford"s digital drawings explore the meaning of place. The realist landscapes are created using a digital tablet and electronic pen. Each piece is an intricate tapestry of detail executed solely by hand. The work is printed by inkjet with archival inks and paper, the smaller works on the artist"s Epson 4000 and the larger ones at Jonathan Singer Editions. Martha Jane Bradford studied at Mount Holyoke College and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She is a Master Printer and Painter and has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Her work has been reviewed by The Boston Globe and Art New England and can be found in the collections of The Boston Public Library, DeCordova Museum, and Fogg Art Museum, among others.
