Artist Bio
Maxine Yalovitz-Blankenship has been the recipient of: a prestigious John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship; a Fellowship from the Mary Ingraham Bunting Institute of Radcliffe College as well as numerous grants and awards which assist artists at various points during their career. Maxine has been showing with Clark Gallery since 1983. She has shown in museums and galleries nationwide, including O.K. Harris in New York, Fay Gold Gallery, Atlanta, Rose Art Museum, and Yeshiva University Museum, New York. The artist earned her MFA from Pratt Institute and her BFA from Atlanta College of Art.
