Clark Derbes
Artist Bio Artist Work
Clark Derbes was born in 1978 in New Orlean Louisiana and raised in Baton Rouge Louisiana and now lives and works in Burlington Vermont. Inspired by the rural New England landscape and his connection to nature Derbes uses pattern, shape and scale to transform single pieces of elm, poplar, and maple trees into the dynamic wooden poly-chromed sculpture he is known for.
